Kosovo needs at least 5 years to clear mines

In Kosovo, officials of organisations dealing with clearing mines said it would take another four or five years to clear the country of mined areas during the war.

Over 100 people have suffered mines since the end of the war, while the United States recently donated a $5 million donation in support of efforts to clear the country of mines and war remains. /The Voice of America
