KMDLNJ: PDK and AAK should vote Kurti Government to get blackmailers out of game

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms by writing analyses the situation in Kosovo after the October 6th elections. The KMDLNJ stresses that it has expected institutions to be formed quickly for the fact that the VV and LDK were declared for a coalition of even pre-election and would facilitate the post-election coalition for the fact that these two political subjects have won 50 per cent of the countries in the Kosovo Assembly.
“Coalition talks have been prolonged and conditioned for specific positions and is affecting the dynamics of forming the Kosovo Government”, the KMDLNJ script says.
KMDLNJ cites recounts as well as objections to votes coming from Serbia and which P The ZAP canceled.
“After the CEC announced the results of the October 6th 2019 elections, subjects and disgruntled candidates successfully complained to the PZAP, after which the votes from Serbia were cancelled as if I said 1600 seats would be put to a recount, if the PZAP ruling confirms even the Supreme Court, following reviewing the evental complaints”.
KMDLNJ thinks the votes coming from Serbia constitute elements of criminal activity, false data, and are organised crime that has been tolerated in all preliminary elections to retain power or come to power, especially after the formation of the Serbian List.
“Now, these votes are being rejected for the fact that they are determining, on one side, for the destiny of the coalition. NISMA-AKR-PD and on the other hand create a situation where blackmail is legalised for forming the ruling coalition by conditioning LVV, as election winner”, it says in writing.
In the KMDLNJ's assessment of this process, the new democratic standard created by the PDK and the AAK, where they say they have immediately accepted the results and that “declaration that they will become constructive opposition, slightly changing the perception of those two political subjects that at no cost give up power.
This is why KMDLNj thinks right now The PDK and AAK are ahead of the next session of acceptance and implementation of democracy. The PDK and AAK should unconditionally vote on the Kurti government and thereby remove unscrupulous blackmailers as if they would contribute to accelerating the construction of Kosovo institutions, which is also the obligation of a constructive opinion. Despite the Supreme Court ruling, The PDK and AAK should vote on the Kurti government as a technical vote, while precisely they would monitor the government programme, also from the position of constructive opposition: during any failure, they would react with all the allowed democratic means and any progress would be backed by”, it says.
KMDLNj seeks responsibility from members of the CEC and political leaders who implement dual standards, when they are interested in supporting PZAP and the Supreme Court, while when they feel that they are missing in the most unscrupulous way they demean the work of these institutions by putting direct pressure on making decisions.
All in the end, for KMDLNj, it is unacceptable that despite all voter concessions from Serbia and the recount of over 60 per cent of the deployments, no one has been subject to any responsibility at the time there should be criminal responsibility.
