Albanian media report that 11 people have already lost their lives in the devastating 6.4-strong earthquake, which had a 20-mile-long episode from Durres.
Over 600 people are said to have been injured, writes Periscope.
Rama, meanwhile, warns Albanians that special teams from Kosovo, Italy, Greece, France, Serbia and Montenegro will join Albanian forces in rescue efforts.
That's Mr. Rama:
The number of survivors just arrived at 28?
The search will follow that will be carried out with patience and detail until the end, as special teams from Kosovo, Italy, Greece, France, Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro start joining us in a few hours?
But relief for every life saved makes no less pain for lost lives and extraordinary sorrow for families that weep for the missing?
Even though words are carried out at such tragic times, it conveys the most brotherly condolences and hugs to families now weeping?
