So said Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti, in an interview for Serbian television N1.

Speaking of tax removal, Kurti has said that Kosovo will first replace it with “reciprocity”, while later it will remove it and then prepare well for dialogue.

We don't have the luxury to fail the dialog” again, he said, broadcast Time.net.

I will respect the Constitution, but I make the crucial difference between when something is the constitutional obligation and the political coalition on the other side. We are trying to establish a coalition where the Serbian List votes will not be needed. The Serbian list will be in opposition, while the fact that a minister should be from the Serb minority does not imply that he will be in the coalition. Serbian national integrity is not party membership but national affiliation”, Kurti said in this interview.

Asked whether this means that in Kosovo's new government there will be a Serb who agrees with two-thirds of the Serbian List, but in the political sense will not be treated as part of the coalition government, Kurti said that “could say so”.

He has added that he has not talked to representatives of the Serbian List, but will not add “to Parliament even if they are deputies”.

However, I think that in Serb majority municipalities there have been no fair and free elections”, he added, noting that there have been cases that in the elections in Kosovo a Serb has voted up to 18 times, and says in some countries there have been more votes for the Serbian List than there have been residents.

She says the Serbian List didn't want to enjoy 80 percent of the vote, but wanted to secure 100 percent. “Por”, he says, “) blame the Serbian List for this, they bear the pressure they themselves experience, that Belgrade pressure on the Serbian List is delivered on Serbian citizens in Kosovo”.

Asked why he is eliminating the Serbian List, he said that “Belgrade paid for conviction” and that Kosovo institutions, along with the international community, should stop putting pressure on Serbs in Kosovo.

I have nothing against Serbs, on the contrary, to associate with many Serbs here in Kosovo... The problem with the Serbian List is not that it is Belgrade's tool, but because it is tool. The political core of the Serbian List is that they don't exist, they don't exist, they don't exist, that's a big problem”, Kurti thinks.

He also spoke about meetings with the LDK, saying that this month he believes the coalition agreement will be reached, while he added that up until now some 80 per cent of plans and programmes have been hired, while “after that comes the division of ministries' rectors”.

Kurti said his government would start dialogue with Kosovo Serbs, and that dialogue for economic development, not reconciliation.

What do we need that for? I was a Serb of Gracanica so far, and neither did I. If you ask Serbs or Albanians in Kosovo what they need, what they will all say is work and justice, and this should be a priority”, VV head Albin Kurti said in this interview for Serbian television N1.

In the second plan, he says, will be dialogue with EU foreign policy and security representative Josep Borrell. We need dialogue in Brussels for dialogue with Serbia”.

In the question of whether he would go to Belgrade to talk with Serbian state officials, Kurti said the two sides should meet in Brussels.

“Dialog will lead me as the next prime minister, have my team on two levels. The first will be political representation where those from the opposition will be, and the other team of experts, because there will be different aspects of the future agreement. But the most important are the first three principles of no dialogue agreement, the second not to have dialogue with maps, where presidents are sold as military generals in war, and the third to be presidents about maps, but to be just demarcation experts. This will help us to get away from ambition and the appetite for each other's territory in the rights of citizens and the needs of community”, Kurti added.

He said revising the borders is the racist concept which sʹte accepts, while demarcation is entirely different.

There will always be Albanians and Serbs on both sides of the border. Demarkation, yes, but no exchange of territories. Because the exchange of territories is not the dialogue for peace but the dialogue that leads to new conflicts”, Kurti stressed.

He also said he does not believe we can have an agreement next spring.

There is no reconciliation without faith, trust is necessary and it is lacking, because we pretend to agree on values, but we have not agreed to the facts of war where we were all involved. It is imperative that we agree on values, but for reconciliation we need agreement on the facts”, he added.

Kurti also spoke of the murder of Kosovo Serb politician Oliver Ivanovic, saying he would ask Kosovo institutions and the international community to clarify his murder.

“With the murder of Oliver Ivanovic for the first time occurred in Kosovo's history to kill a Serb in Kosovo and not have any Serbs in Kosovo say that Albanians have done this -- this is the first time. It is very strange that in northern Mitrovica, where there are mostly cameras per square meter, it is not possible to prove who did this”, he said.

It says failure to whiteen this case falls on Kosovo institutions and international institutions.

Kurti in this interview has said he does not own Serbian passport, nor Serbian citizenship, but has the citizenship and passport of Kosovo and Albania.
