The invitation to him was confirmed by KLA OVL Chairman Hysni Gucati, who told Periscope that he was invited by Special Court, Saban Syla.
The last “to have received an invitation from the Special Court is Professor Ibrahim Gashi, Shaban Syla and a fellow of ours who did not want to become public”, Gucati has declared.
