Rugova or Kurti? Who holds the record for votes?

Former LDK leader Ibrahim Rugova is the man who has managed to get the most votes ever in the election.

In the 2001 elections, according to data on the CEC page, the LDK had received 359 thousand of 851 votes.

From this data we can say that Ibrahim Rugova continues to remain the most voted leader in Kosovo.
