Perscope's reaction to Xhemajl Raja's street language

Periscope actually has a completely different opinion of illiterates. Much of it has remained that way because of non-cial schooling or because of dire socioeconomic conditions.

The rate of functional illiterates within our country is extremely high, and that worries a lot.
