This has been as there has been disagreement of data between the number of parties and columns in which the votes are held after the count.
The CEC has argued to recount these locations, due to technical error while printing forms, KTV reports.
In Pristina, 46 polling positions will be recounted, in Prizren 26, Peja and Podujevo from 17 locations and some in other municipalities.
The CEC has not commented whether the recount of 314 locations could change the election outcome.
The process of recounting 314 deployments is expected to be completed within 5 days.
Meanwhile, the count of more than 20,000 outright votes and those from the diaspora has yet to begin.
