I'd like to sincerely apologize to those I may have offended yesterday. I respect Albanians' right to protest peacefully” writes Ambassador Borchardt, after a video was released yesterday where he pointed to the protesters.
Video where O Ambassador The SBE in Albania, Bernd Borchard, showed the middle finger to some people who called “shame on you” “turp to them line”, spread over the Internet.
As he passed by protesters at the Police Directorate, he appeared raising his middle finger in their direction, a gesture that has brought numerous reactions.
