The Civil Service Union after an ultimatum given to the Government of Kosovo regarding the cofficiency specified in the Parliamentary Bill has asked civil servants at the local and central level to be patient until receiving the written offer, which will be Wednesday.
According to the union, two central leaderships after today's meeting with the national state administration reform co-ordinator, Besnik Tahiri, ask civil servants at the local and central level to be patient until the written offer is received and will be on Wednesday, due to be announced on time.
“After an ultimatum of two central leaders on the obligation to apply union measures at all levels of Kosovo's public administration due to discrimination in the cofficiency specified in the appendix 1 of the wage bill, which conflicts with the fundamental wage principles defined at Article 3 of the bill. Viewing the union's demand to have pay equality for all Kosovo public servants as very reasonable, the national co-ordinator demanded from us understanding that we wait until Wednesday and not take union measures in order to prepare written offers on the part of the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj”, it is said in the union's announcement.
