The medical staff have demanded that the peace treaty bill be passed on the same day as Kosovo's budget for 2019, while teachers have demanded that 30 percent of teachers be established.
The Peace Bill on the Public Sector, which is part of the package of public administration reform laws, has not yet passed second reading. For more, it is not expected even this month to go to the Kosovo Assembly, as it has not yet moved to the Commission for Business and Finance.
