Seal requires halting “expand of large Albania”

Kosovo is not limited to Albania, but Serbia.

At least that's how the Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin thinks, who has again indirectly talked about Kosovo “exenact” from Albania to create this way, according to him, Albania's large broadcast Koha.net.
