Kosovo's teachers went on strike, demanding higher salaries. In the past ten years their salary has increased several times and currently the average amounts to 420 euros. So they get 660 euros more for a year than they would get for the same job in Macedonia (365 euros average). And Macedonia has even better education, but stronger economies. They receive 3 thousand euros change more than the minimum in our country (130 euros), and most of them work twice as long. (at least 40 hours, 20 of the teachers)

So we're talking about a mass of people who are also ignoring the fate of their country through this strike. And it's not the first time. Many of these teachers have been seen sitting in wedding halls listening to Hashim Thaci, the former PDK chairman, until he showed them who they should vote on. Turnout in the party's clientlist schemes mentioned and other parties in power -- municipal and central -- makes them directly guilty of a range of different things. It could rightly be thought that the overwhelming majority of them vote for ruling parties by not allowing electoral punishment of bad governance.

There is no statistics, but from the discovered fragments of past government (and current) we learn that a very large percentage of teachers are employed through clientlism schemes. Many do not deserve to be teachers. And this leads to an egotistical gaping space, space for irresponsible. Normally that doesn't mean that the curriculum, textbooks and policies made by August should be Amnised.

Many of the teachers are actually teachers. They beat their students' bodies. Whether by beating them or holding them in a state of sweat which, in turn, requires student spirituality. And much of the blame for the collective servile character of our society (in fact, the family character) has just such a tactic by the authority of these people. The main lesson most students receive is obedience. Hence, I see no separation from this secular mass.

Moreover, the authority exerted violently is in most cases mediocre. The people who exercise it are fools, and they're unskilled in the classes they talk about. Of course, there are exceptions, but within that mass of people these rare people are insignificant and can make a difference within the atmosphere in schools.

Kosovo is in urgent need of a serious assessment of teachers. First, examining them psychologically. We are war - torn society and under very serious social circumstances, even in a drastic period of value. Hence, small individual and family tragedies are quite predictable and can be transmitted through classes. A unstable man does not deserve the psychological fate of the next generation. Then, more important, an examination of their knowledge of the areas in which they would teach took place. And after these two certificates, they would have to be trained on how to hold discipline in class by working with the curiosity rather than the students ' fears.

August's administrative guidelines, which you can find on its website, also express a similar urgency. But if you look carefully at them, you will notice that another space of clientelelym forms through the evaluation of the teaching work.

The first teacher's strike from the country's economic and social circumstances constitutes an act of treason. The SBASK has never organised a protest against the appointment of school principals by political parties, or against other pathetic or unmemerial employment in schools. This union is an allet of power, and I doubt at the moment it is being used by the head of the country or by the head of his former party to make political instructions to current Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. In a word, they are instrumental even at this time, when the international factor has no meal to allow elections in the country and when Haradinaj's position through tax maintenance 100% is indirectly hindering the border correction dialogue.

I see no other reason!
