The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan has asked for 30 days in custody of a suspect who the day before tried to attack his father.
The General Department at the Founding Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, on yesterday, has issued a ban on the ban, in 48 hours' length, against suspects N.B., due to the suspicion that it carried out the criminal work APUSulm attempted by Article 187 paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 1 and Article 28 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). There is doubt that, on January 01, 2019, about 9: 00 p.m., in Gjilan, the N.B. suspect, deliberately and under the influence of alcohol, has attempted to use force against his father, the injured R.B., in a way that after returning home, in a drunken state, initially breaks down on things at home and with a keyboard attempts to crack down on the person who is paralyzed, until other family members have intervened and stumbled.
The prosecution, today, has applied for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure at the competent Court in Gjilan, as there is a risk of repeating criminal acts, because the same had previously caused domestic problems, as well as the impact on witnesses, and if it remained on freedom it would prevent normal development of the criminal procedure. /Kosovo priss
