Lekaj: We're going to fine “Bechtel & Enkan” for delay on the “Arba Xhaferi”

The Minister of Infrastructure, Paul Lekaj, has confirmed on the “Puls” show that the consortium “Bechtel & Enka” will be fined, if that's what it is meant to be in the contract if the “Arba Xhaferi<5> doesn't end on December 31st, 2018.

According to him, whatever is written in the contract will be implemented.

Lekaj has also commented on the appointment of his adviser, Eset Berisha, in the position of Civil Aviation Director. He has said the law has allowed him and that Berisha has the experience needed for that position.
