Seen throughout the post-war period, it is as if the impression is won that the Kosovo political scene has never been heavier and more chaotic than it is now. With the recent departure of positive intervention methods for finding solutions and making major decisions on the part of internationally witnessed friends, it seems that Kosovo politicians are ultimately relying on the wall, at the end of a political maze, and are not finding ways to overcome this tense situation, and finally to be released from this completely inconsistent whirlwind. However, this situation could produce irreparable consequences for the future of our country.

Kosovo-Serbia dialogue would have to be a commitment in and for which there would be no major differences between different political subjects, as it represents major national interest of vital importance for the people and the state of Kosovo, and which would have to be viewed totally separate from the domestic political race. In the past, this unity was initiated and shaped by the LDK, institutional and statehoodist parties around which not only the fat of our intelligence had been collected but also the most critical part of Kosovo activists and patriots. This was also a party led by intellectual, patriot and unprecedented visionary Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, who himself owned all the necessary and necessary elements for the personification of the unifying individual, who could only convey unity, tolerance and harmony. It was these characteristics that had enabled that in all phases of the negotiations so far with Serbia, Kosovo undisputed to prevail and always to win, unique and advanced.

Then it was Dr. Ibrahim Rugova and LDK at the peak of the processes and at the wheel of establishing harmony and unity between the then relevant political forces. And today, unfortunately, Kosovo institutions are guided by individuals who not only do not possess elements that personify unity, but they continue to do otherwise, conveying messages and feelings of division, conflict, cunning, conspiracy, and division to the borders of hostility. In particular, three key figures will be singled out here that have claimed leadership responsibility with the country's most relevant institutions -- the Parliament, the Prime Minister and the Presidency. None of them have the capacity to convey the feeling and image of Kosovars; they engage consistently to the contrary, creating a chaos with messages and with their political opinion, as well as the general suspension and frustration of the political spectrum, including segments of the ruling coalition's own political forces.

President Thaci speaks to us now and over a year on the necessity of “correction of borders”, vigorously engaging in this option as the one and no alternative, away from the eyes of the people, political structures and far away from members of the so-called negotiating team. On the other hand, with a language that at least fits the position it holds, Prime Minister Haradinaj threatens: “Let someone give Serbia a piece of land if you dare and we'll see how it's going to turn out”. Shpend Ahmeti, who is not “as meat or fish”, maintains that “pa was clarified the role of the Parliament on this topic, cannot guide Thaci in the process,” even though Brussels made it completely clear who “colity” in the dialogue process. A hopeless chaos, where the president postponed his platform of “border correction”, the prime minister and Government endorse a draft of the comprehensive agreement, the Parliament adopts a resolution initiated by the PSD, while the foreign minister publicly acknowledges it is difficult to “through these three options!

Fear of the Special Court seems to have further exacerbated this political dictatorship in which institution keepers are putting us deeper and deeper every day. For example, a completely unfair decision of the LDK, of wartime, for the collection of crime information carried out by the Serbian killing machine, was misused in the most unscrupulous and immoral manner possible: it was said that “Special Court is serving with files compiled by LDK <DK “because the title of the party finds nothing from the Special Court. How could this man then have the face and credibility to invite political parties to meetings aimed at establishing common unity and attitudes. While these shy people accuse the LDK of file creation and “of cutting hands”, on the other hand, an army of activists, as well as the family of those who suffered as a result of violence and political murders, they all charge the opposite, respectively, that the LDK has not done enough or anything to illuminate these cases.

Kosovar politicians, both in the first and post-war period, have consistently made decisions of great importance in consultation with internationally witnessed friends, in particular with the United States. We have done so because Kosovo's freedom and independence is our joint venture, and the joint one will also be our journey towards Euro-Atlantic integration. The deterioration of relations with the European Union and now even with the United States of America should not and should never happen by anyone. There are no more important individuals in our country than these vital relations for yesterday, today and the future of our country.

The LDK has clear and public stances on all issues which are running the Kosovo political scene today. We cannot afford to allow the ruling parties to misuse issues of national importance and population actions for prolonging their lives in power and for adding “hyming”, as I have said earlier, even well-formed. In addition to the chaos created, this government and these institutions have lost overall trust and electoral legitimacy, except for a handful of clientele, as well as largely built by illegal means and methods. That is why the LDK believes the best solution is planned and co-ordinated elections for reconfirming confidence on the eve of these highly sensitive and complicated processes. However, in view of the weight of these processes, the LDK leader had also left behind an additional path: “If you don't go to the elections, you should think in full reconfiguration of the country's current governance or institutions in order to ensure the necessary representation which would enable ratification of the” agreements!

It is clear, therefore, that in all this chaos and this unprecedented whirlwind, the LDK continues with its constructive and responsible tradition in the interest of the people and the country. However, the weight of the role of the initiative and shaper of the joint position, as well as the main burden of creating the unity of the political and institutional spectrum, now belongs to the ruling coalition parties, not the LDK. The LDK is an opposition party, so the delay in major processes, as they had promised during the election campaign, remains a burden and the obligation of parties of the ruling coalition and the carriers of institutions, as the LDK had done when it stood in front of them. I am very sure that the LDK will never fail when the interest of Kosovo citizens is in question, just as it did not allow failure even during this mandate of demarcation issues and the establishment of the military. It is therefore up to the ruling parties and carriers of state institutions to undertake tangible, serious and sincere initiatives to get out of this institutional crisis -- too dangerous for the country -- that has not been too late. The LDK knows its role!
