Ilir Meta between the fake solution and the fake state

If Ilir Meta thinks he has avoided a false state, violating the Constitution, with the failure of Ditmir Bushat and the appointment of the new minister, he should not accept a false solution, such as Prime Minister Edi Rama, who is in fact humiliating Ilir Meta twice, even as President who violates the Constitution, and as the president who is known to be certified as a violator of the Constitutional Court, and then must face his responsibilities.

Edi Rama has made the most diabolic gesture possible not to back down, but to plunge Ilir Meta into constitutional lawlessness, forcing him to admit he violated the Constitution, not firing Ditmir Busat.

He has humiliated the president of the Republic, forcing him to accept an artificial solution pending his constitutional trial, turning it against, the strongest point Ilir Meta is using to violate the Constitution, the lack of the Constitutional Court.

Practically this absence has made Albania a false state, from those who are using its absence to violate the Constitution. The artificial solution, until awaiting the Constitutional Court, is a solution against the attempt to behave as president of a false state.

Now Ilir Meta has two paths ahead of him. The first is what appears to be the most logical, to dismiss Ditmir Busat and appoint Edi Rama, the foreign minister, but this is the certificate of violating the Constitution by him, in the previous case and a reason he should resign when the Constitutional Court stands down as such.

The second path, it is for Ilir Meta to continue to say that I am not willing to dismiss Ditmir Busati, since ultimately with those arguments as ridiculous as he used to avoid dismissing him in Gent Cakati's case, nothing has changed.

Even Edi Rama, friend of Baton Hadzi, is, and Hashim Thaci's, and all the arguments he had on Gent Cakay, apply to Gent Cakaj's boss, except that they are ridiculous. So if he's going to be serious, he shouldn't even make this decree and continue the political struggle to use the president's post of political war in an attempt to become a boss of opinion.

The case of Fatmir Sejdiu in Kosovo, who resigned with dignity when the Constitutional Court filed constitutional violations for his two functions, both as party leaders and as president, is a precedent that Ilir Meta must consider the day the Constitutional Court is going to express what it has done.

Mania is to continue to choose to be the leader of the opposition in the Presidency, as it thus only simplifys unconstitutional decisions, such as political decisions, how the president who agrees to be certified as violator of the Constitution, through this false solution Edi Rama offers, is even more ridiculous.
