Gjakova elementary school teacher allegedly sexually molested his student

An elementary school teacher in Gjakova has been arrested on suspicion that he has sexually molested his students. The prosecution demanded that suspect B.V. kept for a month in custody.

The request for detention of teachers suspected of sexual harassment against his students has announced the Gjakova Foundation Prosecutor.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has applied to the Constitutional Court in Gjakova for the extent of the detention against defendant B.V., because the same allegedly committed criminal work “the misuse of persons under the age of 16” by Article 235 parag.4 subpareg 4.9 of KPRK.

The defendant B.V., since September 2018, in the quality of the Albanian language teacher at primary school” Mazum Kupupika”, in Gjakova, is suspected that she has repeatedly begun sexual harassment against 27 students of a class/parile class at this school, using tempting words and caressing them in facial parts and various body parts.

With that, there is suspicion given that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act described above.

The prosecutor in the case of the defendants has demanded a 30-day detention measure.
