In Norway, attempts to find three avalanche skiers have been halted because of heavy snow.
Romanian police on Tuesday found a man's body in a parking lot in the southern town of Slatina, after his wife announced that he did not return home from work the day before. The temperature in Romania has dropped to minus 24 degrees Celsius.
In the southern and eastern part of Germany, people are preparing for more snow, while the northern town of Hamburg residents is preparing for a wave of tide caused by wind strikes, German news agency DPA reported. / REL/
