He has announced that the government dictatorship he heads has allocated 100,000 euros to the ATOM Institute.
“With MAST's request, the government of Kosovo has allocated 100,000 euros in budgets for the International Institute for Intensive Intelligence ATMI”, has written Bytyqi on Facebook.
This Institute deals with the identification and support of highly intelligent students, so I believe that through the realisation of this project, this category of children will be helped, in order to come to terms of their extraordinary talents and skills”, he said.
