Kosovo construction cost marks rise

According to the Construction Cost Index for the second quarter of 2018, the largest rise was energy categories at 3.1% and materials of 2.3%, while the establishment of the category of materials was observed in the 2.5 %s building materials and hydro-sanitary materials 2.2%.

Meanwhile, compare TM2 2018 in the same period of the year, TM2 2017, the Construction Cost Index was up 2.1%.

The index's rise was largely noted in materials at 3.2% and other costs of 0.7%, while the lower categories were machinery by -2.2% and energy -1.5%.
