The European Commission, which co-ordinates trade policies in the EU, said through a statement Friday that the measures will expire at midnight Monday on September 3rd.
Chinese producers have been allowed to sell solar products in Europe without taxes, if they do so, at or over a minimum price of progressive decline. If sold cheaper than the price, they are subject to obligations of up to 65 per cent.
