After calling him a liar, Ismaili Bridge answers Isa Mustafa

The LDK leader has said he did not create association.

And, through a Facebook script, Ismaili has said Mustafa is continuing to tell half the truths.

“The LDK is showing once again that it is unable to take responsibility for either cardinal errors in the past, nor for the processes the country is going through, it has indicated.

A response to LDK leader Isa Mustafa, by fact, not by language used by him:

Isa Mustafa has said that the Association of Serb majority municipalities has not done so, but Hashim Thaci. He's speaking half true in order to produce a great untruth. It is true that there are two agreements for association, the April 19, 2013, and August 25, 2015.

But Isa Mustafa, in an attempt to be acquitted of the damage he has done, does not indicate that the Constitutional Court has struck only the agreement signed by him. While the first agreement is still in full harmony with the constitutional spirit.

In his attempt to conceal the serious wrongdoing he has committed to the country's Constitution, Isa Mustafa says there is no difference between these two agreements. This is also a pure lie because the Constitutional Court in its ruling says that the Isa Mustaf agreement gives the Association executive competence.

The court has come to the conclusion that the first agreement, signed by Hashim Thaci, does not give the Association executive competence, while the second agreement, signed by Isa Mustafa, makes Association the third governing level in the country. The Constitutional Court, which is the highest authority on interpretation of the Constitution of Kosovo, strongly exposes Isa Mustaf.

All these decisions are sanctioned by the Constitutional Court in its Act on Case No. K0130/15 published on December 23, 2015. All those who have doubts can read the court's agreements and decision on their own and see for themselves how Isa Mustafa tries to look at two million Kosovars.

But his untruth should not surprise anyone. The LDK has long been trying to blame someone else for their wrongdoing and mistakes. And we will not allow that. The LDK is showing once again that it is unable to take responsibility either for cardinal mistakes in the past or for the processes the country is going through.

And citizens of our Republic know that this is the same LDK that brought about an association with anti-unconstitutional competencies.

Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo have not forgotten that it is the same LDK that has been unable to transform the KSF into a full army. Are we lying here?

Left without leadership credibility from serious mistakes in the past, it is clear today that this party suffers from a lack of courage to participate in the next and most important process since its declaration of independence.

Therefore, it is forced to choose lies and blame others as the only ways to flee national and state obligations. Unfortunately, The PDK cannot make the LDK more responsible, but it can expose its public falsehoods, just like in this post.

Lies will not be allowed. Everyone must face their own acts. Isa Mustafa and LDK are no exception.
