According to the indictment, at an indefinite time until the beginning of August 2018, in Gjilan, the defendant G.L., as the owner of a tourist agency, with the aim of illegally benefiting property for himself or the other person, has cheated 50 (five) damaged customers, offering them Frequent tickets to Turkey, with no opportunity to travel, with the same cases of personal profit, caused material damage at the value of 12859 (tens of eight hundredths).
With these actions, the defendant has committed criminal work ledge, from Article 335 paragraph 5 over paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
The prosecutor has proposed to the competent court in Gjilan that the defendant plead guilty and condemn him according to the law on criminal acts, which he is charged with.
