Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has expressed deep concerns about the serious event that occurred yesterday in Gjakova, where Peter Noecaj allegedly killed his former wife and 9-year-old daughter. In this regard, Minister Tahiri estimates that without responsibility, neglect and failure to implement tasks there is no place in any institutions, apart from those who have been mandated to offer protection and security to life, property and fundamental rights of citizens, and that any such irresponsible should be treated seriously and punished according to the laws in force
“It is not fair to try the unspoiled work of the Kosovo Police as a whole, but any circumstances and any official person in case of ignoring the warned danger must be held accountable. Kosovo police need a map of crime prevention and a plan to know exactly how much effective time it takes to be on the scene, wherever danger and danger to the lives of Kosovo citizens everywhere are they” has said Tahiri.
