Rugova's thorough interview in 1994 quoted by Thaci

Except for current President Hashim Thaci, who is consistently declaring there should be correction of the borders with Serbia, 23 years ago, in January 1994, even the former president, already tense Ibrahim Rugova, had talked about the territorial exchange option with Serbia.
