Peter Noecaj is first declared for the murder of his wife and daughter

Before the prosecutor's court arguing the request for the detention assignment has said the defendant, “has deliberately deprived his wife and 9-year-old daughter of life”.

In his claims, the prosecutor has mentioned that the defendant's intention was to persuade him to return and live with him, but when she has refused the defendant has committed the act.

“On the critical day the defendant went to the home of the brothers of the late Valbona to convince him to co-exist and since the late Valbona did not want to go to her husband's house with the AK-47 gun fired several times in the direction of his wife and daughter, deprived him of life”, the prosecutor's request said.

The same one has clarified that the suspect had left the scene to surrender later to the police.

40-year-old Valbona Noecaj and her 9-year-old daughter were shot dead on the evening of August 7th. Doras is suspected to be the victim's ex-husband.
