Lajiq: Presevo Valley Invention Is Partition of Serbia, Not Kosovo

“On this issue no man in Serbia could speak with Kosovo Albanians, and let alone reach agreement” Serbian news agency beta quoted him as saying.
Lajiq has stated to be sure that currently no binding legal agreement exists between Belgrade and Pristina, but that the frozen conflict is not the solution.
