Judge Lushtaku: I've been interviewed by prosecutor Blakaj, and the state leaders are counting on you.

Kosovo Special Prosecutor Elez Blakaj's resignation has voiced doubts that the threats he had accepted as long as he was investigating several cases related to the inflated lists of Kosovo Liberation Army veterans (UCK) and terrorism cases have forced him to resign. It was even reported that Blakay had raised [...]
It was even reported that Blakaj had filed charges against top veterans' profile and the list of accused persons led Agim Ceku, followed by Nuredin Lushtaku and several others.
However, one of the founders of the KLA -- the former Kosovo Guard Commander, the former Kosovo Assembly President and currently deputy head of the Skyeraj municipality, Nuredin Lushtaku -- has denied the existence of such an indictment against him.
In a proposal for “Voice”, Lushtaku has confirmed that he was interviewed by prosecutor Blakaj, but he doesn't know what quality he was interviewed in. Lushtaku said he is willing to take any responsibility for the 114 Brigade.
I've given a statement about the procedures, how they've gone, something concrete, and I don't even know what quality they're calling me. I'm in charge of the 114 Brigade and I'm willing to take responsibility until the end. There's not even a mention of what you've seen, those who are doing these policies may know better. No one informed me that I have an act set up”, Lushtaku is expressed for “Voice”.
He denies any possible threat to prosecutor Blakaj.
According to him, I must each render a personal responsibility and an account, starting with the highest heads of state.
I don't know how you're asking me like that. What about my threat? I am Mr. I never saw him or knew him once, but once when I was here, they gave him a statement and no communication with him in my life. I don't even know why he quit or why I don't care about that. I've even told him when I'm being told that I'm ready to the end for my accountability. If they start using these policies, they have to be held to account from the top of the state there, since they started, and each to account for its own responsibility, and not with names to whom to address these” policies, Lushtaku says.
He says that “is openly known who has blown up the lists of who sí has blown up”, adding that it is not the one dealing with these issues. Lushtak claims that his brigade has also had a swelling list.
“There has been a slight increase, where the law has allowed you and there has been an increase of 10 to 15 percent that, under the law that they have normal bou could afford to have veterans”, he said.
Otherwise, a day earlier in the media was reported that Special Prosecutor Elez Blakaj had filed an indictment on July 11th, 2018 against the top profile of veterans and the list of accused persons led Agim Ceku, followed by Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitijaha, Shumbin Demalij, Qel Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Fazliu, Smaj Elezaj and Javiv Jasar.
But the establishment of such an indictment has been denied during the day by Special Prosecutor Syla Hoxha, who in a premonition for “Zer” has said there is no such indictment. The case, according to him, is still under investigation.
