“Director Prisig” absurd request: To destroy cars, citizens who record over time

A scandalous request by Kosovo Security Association member and company director “Prisig”, Besarb Blakaj, to be ruthlessly punished by Kosovo citizens who are late to register the car, has opened widespread debate on social networks. Blakaj has asked the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs to establish order with [...]
Blakaj has asked the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs to establish the rule with which citizens of the country are sentenced to up to 1,000 euros and car destruction if they do not register the car immediately after the census failure.
It proposes that for all those who do not register vehicles up to 7 days late, a fine of $200, 7 to 15 days of $500, 15 to 30 days 1,000, as well as over 30 days of car seized and sent to destruction.
The proposal has been met with great nervousness, especially in the group “Marakli t'kerres”, which gathers car worshipers, where Blakinaj's proposal has been rejected, in most of his remarks with insults and insults.
In a miserable social and economic situation such as this one in Kosovo, private companies only try to legalise their pressure on citizens, making constraints on finances and payment terms. All this goes in favour of insurance companies, which already earn millions of euros each year from their activities.
Below is the complete Blakaj proposal:
The Ministry of Internal Affairs recommends:
-The increase in punishment for non-registered vehicle registration and that: up to seven days late, a fine is pronounced $200, 7 to 15 days $500, 15 to 30 days 1,000, and over 30 days the car is confiscated and sent to destruction.
-The trucks collected from non-registered vehicles to be transported to the Compensation Fund, which functioned within the framework of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau for the coverage of damage just from the unsanitary vehicles”, he said.
We recommend to the Finance Ministry:
-The immediate implementation of corporate income law in the Kosovo Assembly for approval, where even insurance companies are treated equal to all other companies in the country and are taxed on real profits, not on circulation tax.
-The access of all the tools available to the population to help with natural disasters, which are provided by insurance companies, to a special fund where we, as an industry, would take a much greater risk to make sure that the means are available. If the ministry is available 10m euros per year on these issues, if left under management of insurance companies this fund would be multiplied in covering minimum damages of up to 100m euros.
-The urgent influence of the state fund for the security of all state assets, in this form of taxpayers, would cost you a lot less in case of various injuries.
-The task force to the power grid distributors for securing responsibility”, Blackaj added.
19 years after the war Kosovo continues to remain the only country in Europe without driving freedom, just like other countries. Europe's poorest drivers are continuing to pay the most expensive insurance officers for circulation. As well as fellow citizens from the diaspora, who eagerly await every return to their homeland, will continue to pass all states with Green Carton, only once they enter Kosovo will they be forced to pay. All the money received from cars entering Kosovo is taken from insurance companies.
