Blakea Act. Drenica's Duagjini leads with false veterans and deserters

About 10m euros a year from the state budget are paid for deserters who had abandoned the KLA war before its end.

Out of 7,880 false veterans in the Dukagjin Operative Zone, 3,175 have been identified as deserters of war, through the indictment prepared by the retired prosecutor, Elez Blakaj.

Only “Determinors of Dukagjin” benefit from the state budget 500,000 euros per month or 6m of 433 thousand euros per year.

The Dukagjin area has generated many “vetane” minor ones. Thus, 230 minors have been identified who have gained this status.

Among those who have become veterans, there are also those who are 27 years old in 2018 and who have been about seven years of age at war.

Nearly 800 people have benefited from veteran status in Dukagjin, even though their applications have had intervals on dates, while over 700 apps of this area have been named as suspicious and filled by the same manuscript.

212 people have managed to become app veterans, where they have not marked the date of their commitment to the KLA at all.

Such suspicions of great fraud exist in the Drenica Zone.

230 people from Drenica in wartime have been minors, reportedly on billboards that prosecutor Blakaj has attached to the indictment.

The Drenica area has declared large numbers of medical staff. 148 people have received veteran status for their medical contribution to KLA soldiers in the Drenica Zone.

Blakaj has identified large numbers of false “ ” even in the Lapi Operative Zone.

There are 131 persons from this area who have deserted during the war and who have gained veteran status of war. 110 children, or minors, are at wartime in 2016 becoming <x0vetane-military” of the KLA.

All in this area, a total of 173 people have emerged.

About 200 apps, which have been “brought up in logistics”, have been described as false by prosecutor Blakaj.

“Desertors” who have finally been confirmed as veterans also had in the KLA General Staff. Eight such, according to the indictment, were in “Arrow operation” and 10 in the unit named as “General Staff”

These data are presented in the indictment of the case already known as the false “Veterani”.

Almost 50% of veterans turn false in almost all areas.

In the third part of the exclusive series for the chain of command for fraud on behalf of the KLA, “Koha Ditore” writes that thousands of children, thousands of apps filled out by a manuscript, hundreds of “applications exiled” have been named by Blaj as false apps.

The act has been set up on 11 July this year. Charged are Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitijaha, Shumbin Demaliyaaj, Qele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazliu, Smajl Elezaj, Fadil Shudaj, Xhavit Jashari.

All 12 alleged indictees have been established as members of the government Commission for recognition and verification of veterans' status.
