According to the indictment, suspect G.V., after a court hearing about a property dispute you had with his parents, went home revolted and started attacking his mother and brother, where he caused slight bodily injuries, as well, and, as well, demoted their house.
These actions, suspect G. V, has committed a criminal offense by Article 188 paragraph 3 in terms of Article 1 subparagraph 3.1 of KPRK, with regard to Article 2 subparagraph 1.2.4 of the Law for Protection From Family Violence, and criminal act of annihilation or damage to property by Article 333 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
