Tourism of rich ignorant people!

They have sufficed several shots in the air at one of the most popular discos on the coast, to turn their eyes today, from one of the serious injuries facing today's Albanian tourism, as far as its offer of entertainment is concerned. From: Mero BAZE From Palasa to Jala, at one of the most [...]

From: Mero BAZE

From Palasa to Jala, at a beautiful coastal summit in Albania, a tourist has every opportunity to enjoy the sea only. Beyond that possibility, afternoons and evenings at the Albanian Revolution are a separate battle.

Throughout the most expensive coastal tourism area in the country, you have no chance of having fun, treating yourself if you are sick, or walking or exploring the area. The only alternative is some disco models exported by the Block in central Tirana on the coast. They're almost the same owners, same managers and customers. Super expensive, and designed to split the layer of rich young people, they're actually the model of not developing tourism in the country. The most beautiful part of the Albanian coast due to this model is turning into a preferential zone only for those who want to transfer their stay from Tirana to the coast to the weekend, but not for an ordinary tourist. A regular tourist after 18.00, there's no other option.

There are no cultural institutions in the area, no regional cinemas or museums, no cultural attractions, no guides to explain the area, no signs of historic tourism, no opportunities to walk by the sea, no popular area where people come out and serve freely. The whole system is set up as a dock for several waxes, with a bunch of farts coming from Tirana that summer weekends leave their meetings on this coast.

A common family is unable to extend more than three days into the area, while it can do much better in Saranda even though the city is overgrown with construction and tourists. Unlike the Albanian tajer coast, our coastal cities, despite shortcomings such as Saranda, Vlora, Durres, Shengjin and others, offer more opportunities to feel vacationing than a pearly country like the area from Determined to Yala.

That area is gradually becoming an exclusive area.

And the growth model is continuing to be criminal. Instead of investing in resorts and tourist attractions, the crime of building large residential areas, or villa villages, imperfect models failed by Lulzi in Golem, who perform the vanilla dreams of tens of millions of young villas on the coast, completely dying of tourism. Instead of the big resorts that would develop the area and enable thousands of vacationers to frequent it, we'll have in a few years, entire dead tourist villages, which do not know why they call strategic investments in tourism, as they are the only failed tourism strategy. They're clean activities <x0real statine” as villas are pre-purchased by wealthy citizens who will use them 15 days a year if they can't fight with women by the end of the 15th day. Then they'll be empty, and people will point to who the villas are, like the only gossip atraction in the area.

No one has thought of investing in historical tourism in the area, even though it is the area that has overproduced history; no one invests in religious tourism, and it has left it in the hands of some shergers who look forward to August to fighting; no one thinks about culinary because and one of the area that handles the quay has poisoned all the heat of fighting; no one has ever thought of museum objects, even though every house of the Volno Tree has more stories than old Tirana; nobody has ever thought about exploring of the area, although nowhere in the world so close to the mountain sea and all these mountain trails; no one has ever thought about toyss of toys and fun, and fun, and fun spots, but in the colds in the air, and fun.

It's an example of how a natural asset dies when it falls into the hands of new engineers, who don't invest in tourism but for mine fast. They are not to blame for what they know to do, but someone has to dictate new tourism strategies to save the coast from them. They have a clientele of two thousand wealthy people and they have taken money for villas at Golem, then for villas in Lalz, then for villas in Tirana, and now for disco villas at the Albanian Javier. That's all they know.

It's the ugliest disproportionate model between offering for most and the minority exclusivity. It's the tourism of rich ignorant people. Those who don't want to see and learn but who want to watch and worship.
