Still two years old, he says Serbian paramilitary forces killed his mother and six other family members.
In addition, their homes were burned down during the war.
For all these damage, he and his father have not left door without knocking since 2008 to demand compensation.
He and many other families, the Supreme Court has rejected the indictment for compensation they had made to the state of Serbia for damages caused during the recent war in Kosovo.
The damaged families handed this decision to the Constitutional Court on Friday for interpretation.
The negligence of justice bodies to resolve this issue and the failure of state institutions is making their pain even more serious.
As for statements by top state officials that the final agreement with Serbia will be painful for Kosovo, family members have warned state leaders that they dare not forgive Serbia on behalf of the crimes committed in Kosovo.
They say that if something like that happens through petitions and protests, they will object, for in that case, even the rights to the Constitutions would be violated.
