Initially, when Murat Meha headed the Commission for Border Mark with Montenegro, it was. He mentioned how he had been strongly opposed, and later voted the same demarcation.
He has said that even after many promises, citizens still have no freedom to move, and that liberalisation is not being done. With the ratification of the demarcation, it says Kosovo lost 8 thousand hectares of land, and Haradinaj must therefore give responsibility.

Before becoming Prime Minister, he slammed maps in the face of Murat Meha, promising that he and his party would not allow the loss of any centimeter of Kosovo land.
After becoming prime minister at the beginning of the mandate, he had declared that “should not be connected to demarcation by”.
After a few months, he had forgotten what he had said about demarcation of the border with Montenegro, and insisted that the earlier the demarcation in Murat Mesha's version, why he had earlier rejected it. Visa liberalisation depended on demarcation of the border. It began to say that immediately after the ratification of the demarcation, Kosovo will receive visa liberalisation.
On February 16th, 2018 had congratulated the citizens of Kosovo by saying “with this we are concluding the final obligation for visa liberalisation and opening a new chapter in freedom of movement for our citizens. Congratulations to Kosovo”.
Four months after ratification of the demarcation with Montenegro, the prime minister is silent and there is no movement in terms of border revision.
On June 6th of this year, the prime minister, on the interactive show, began explaining to us the technical procedures applied to the European Union to the final decision on visa liberalisation, procedures he had never mentioned before the ratification of demarcation.
Demarkation ratified. Eight thousand acres of land were lost. No review of the deal was made as promised. No visa liberalisation was made. But today the deputies of the prime minister's party have decided to bring the resolution to the Parliament to condition dialogue with visa liberalisation. This is a big joke with the citizens of Kosovo.
For the loss of 8 thousand hectares of land and for failing to liberalise visas, the prime minister must be responsible. His minority government should fall as soon as possible.
