It says: Jethlir Buya

The lack of an Albanian-language standard until 1972, the oppressive standard [for us] of 1972, then the lack of Albanian word etimology and the unsceptative borrowing of foreign words, caused the intellectual elite in Kosovo to remain too tribal and plant. More significant events were caused by gossip than by public words. Because for the public word to matter, it must be subjected to a certain legal order, it must be consistent and responsible. Public word is the weapon of power fighting. But so are gossip. But they are much more vulgar and cheaper. They avoid confrontation and responsibility.

The standard printed much knowledge and memory. He created ordinary people who stutter, who cannot speak and write according to him, and intellectuals without genuine conviction.

The public word became meaningless, slow, and worthless. The rumors became the only political weapons. Even today, we see how more often gossip than public words materialize in events. Recall the rumor that preceded Vetevendosje's division and, contrary, the AAK's opposition and the PDK Initiative that was unstopped as a public word by the coalition's ruling union. Or, even Thaci's lies.

On the other hand, when public speech subjects public activity, it is viewed as vulgar. Suppose, the failure of the Kosovo symbols by the Vetevendosje Movement. Or the fact that they have never agreed to go to Ibrahim Rugova's tomb for honor. Or even the fact that Ibrahim Rugova as a political passive pacifist had never gone to the Jashar family graves.

Even today, the LDK's refusal to worship Adem Demac was seen as unacceptable. Even some LDK people. But the move makes it important to Demachi's public word, which had repeatedly reviled Rugova and the party in question for more than two decades. But society with still-bimore and still-tribal concessions does not stop demanding that it reconcile the incompatible, severely editing public discourses and censorship any antagonism.

P.S. After the war, Demac was inspiring when he protected Kosovo Serbs. It was inspiring even before the war until it increased the bravery and determination of KLA soldiers. He was inspired even with all his activity toward an oppressive regime [which, however, took his word more seriously than today's regime]. But he unconsciously served the rise of anti-Rugovist Senate in radical KLA factions, which damaged the LDK but also damaged the KLA's liberation spirit.
