Unlike Albert Krasniqi from KDI, at the same time Kosovo Assembly Monitoring has ruled that rising salaries of prosecutors and judges do not increase the efficiency of the fight against corruption, rather weaken it.
According to him, prosecutors and judges have largely been appointed on the basis of ties with political parties, and if the same try to fight corruption, go against corrupt politicians' interests, they risk losing high salaries.

We generally had corrupt politicians in power. Prosecutors and judges' appointments have been made largely on the basis of ties with political parties.
If the same now try to fight corruption (to oppose corrupt politicians' interests), they risk losing high wages.
Corruption is fought when in power are corrupt politicians, when prosecutors and judges are named on merit when they are guaranteed protection and security at work, and we can talk about wage increases.
