Earlier, Kosova Preiss has announced that in the part where the so-called <x0mor” in the north, the armor is being put in order to place a concrete right where the wall was earlier.
The works are being carried out by the firm Rade, whose owner is Rade Steviq, a close associate of Milan Radojqiqi.
