European Council President Donald Tusk welcomed the new migration agreement, reached in Friday's morning hours following marathon talks by European leaders in Brussels with reservations.
Tusk told reporters that “is too early to talk about success” and that making the agreement has been easy “compared to what needs to be done on the ground”.
With the new agreement, new migrants' centres in EU states could be built, where asylum demands would be processed.
Economic miners whose demands are denied will return.
Those considered true refugees will be accommodated.
