Murder at City Park in Pristina, family members demand maximum punishment

Case prosecutor Bekiye Gjonbalaj in the final address asked the court that the accused Lulzim Idrizi plead guilty and condemn him according to the law, as well as on the grounds of the court's conviction that he take into account all actual circumstances and that the accused pronounce the maximum sentence prior to the law.

According to the prosecutor, after managing all evidence and evidence, it has been proven that the accused committed the criminal act, which is not contradictory but, according to the contestant, is the fact that the late accused has exposed the two people.

“is generally proven that the defendant has committed the criminal act he is accused of, has been fulfilled as the objective elements and subjectives that the defendant has committed criminal work. “From video-incation is clearly seen the moment the accused shot at the deceased. They have not talked about anything as the accused thought and what he called them, but it is noted that the same have not been armed and that they have failed to take any action, as the prosecutor claims.

The final word had also been presented by representatives of the damaged parties, the parents of the deceased, Enver Agaj and Sami Gashi.

The parent of the late Eron Agaj, Enver Agaj, in the final address said that according to him the accused had preplanned the killing of two young men after saying he had earlier called on them to negotiate with the two young men but who later confirmed them.

The defendant prepared the murder earlier. I request from the judge and court that the accused plead guilty and condemn him for two acts of grave murder and possession without permission and punish the accused to the full under law”, Enver Agaj said.

During the party's statement about the final word, reactions were received by the defendant's lawyer, Aurora Mulhrama, who, before the court, expressed concern that one of the persons in the public was threatening her.

I feel threatened. The guy in the blue shirt is threatening me all the time”, she said.

Regarding this concern of the lawyer, the head of the court, Shadije Grguri, called attention to those present that any violations of the order and the calm of the same will immediately leave the courtroom.

Lawyer Mulhajaja once declared that the final word was written and handed over to the court.

According to the indictment, Lulzim Idrizi with August 29th of 2016 in Pristina on the “Hamez Jashari”, due to a disagreement over a debt with now the late Eron Agaj, after the late Eron went to the engine of the late man Arian Gashi, who himself led the late Arian, in order to negotiate the debt.

At that moment, accused Lulzim Idrizi deliberately suffered the same life-inhibitation, shot at them with firearms, struck several times through various parts of his body, with what was causing them serious bodily injuries, whose late son Eron Agaj died at the scene, while the late man Arian Gashi at QKUK.

The prosecution claims that accused Lulzim Idrizi through these acts has committed two criminal acts -- that of serious murder, as well as illegal possession.
