Albert Krasniqi from the Kosovo Democratic Institute, who also deals with the supervision of the work of the Republic of Kosovo Parliament, in a publication on his profile, has pointed to the disregard that Haradinaj's ministers and MPs make the Assembly institution.
Krasniqi has indicated that 114 deputies have been signed on the turnout list to receive noon, while only 32 MPs have attended the hall.
