In this case, Prime Minister Haradinaj thanked the United Nations for their important role in the early stages of statehood and the contribution the agencies operating with that name have made to many important projects and processes for the country.
The role of the United Nations has been irreplaceable in the first stages of statehood and achieving peace in the country. Kosovo is committed to its European path and full membership in the UN”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
Prime Minister Haradinaj also spoke of economic development, empowering the rule of law, consolidating democracy, as well as the full integration of communities not majority in Kosovo's society and state, saying the country has played an extremely important role in promoting peace in the region.
