This is said to have been done by the head of this state's diplomatic mission, Gbecongar Milton FIndli, writes Danas, broadcast Periscopi.
Findley has done so at a media conference together with Serbia's Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic.
For Daciqi this is great news before continuing dialogue in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbia.
The book has recognised Kosovo as a state on 30 May 2008./Periscopi/
