The Foundation Court in Pristina has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of detention action against B.B. indictees Because he's committed a minor bodily offense. He had fucked his wife, U.S.A., and had been exercising physical violence against the same in the presence of their eight-year-old daughter.
Subtitles B.B. has been assigned a length of (1) months, from dt.28.06,2018 to dt. 28.07.2018”, announce the communique.
The court has found that the request for appointing the detention measure against defendant B.B. It is an adequate and necessary measure in this phase of procedure, for ensuring their presence in criminal procedure and unhindered development of the procedure, as there are circumstances that indicate the danger that, the same criminal acts of kind and a different nature, can repeat.
The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
