Kosovo continues to be an obstacle to Serbia's membership in the European Union. So Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Monday. He said Serbia is hoping to join the EU in 2015, but at the same time as Montenegro. Vucic, further on, has been declared for talks he had with Western countries about the issue of partitioning Kosovo.
He says the international community has called the idea of partition dangerous.
The most dangerous thing is to have a frozen conflict because one day someone can undo it”, Vucic told AFP.
On the other hand, it has been declared that the idea of partitioning Kosovo by Western countries is the worst solution.
“I am listening to the West saying this would be the worst solution because it would open Pandora's box, but Western countries opened Pandora's box 10 years ago, recognising Kosovo as an independent state”, the Serbian president declared in the dund.
