In this interview given to the newspaper “The new era”, Daka, has declared that electoral reform must take place amid election processes and not on their doorstep.
It has confirmed that part of electoral reform must be voter lists, voting outside Kosovo, conditional voting, appointment of commissionors and the way of counting votes.
Daka has said that without political will there will be no electoral reform.
It has suggested that the CEC's main goal remains the best job of the election process.
