Thaci has classified this massacre as one of the greatest tragedies, remembering that the authors have not yet responded to justice.
On the anniversary of the massacre in Dubrava Prison, we remember all Albanian prisoners who suffered not only systematic persecutions, but also cruel killings by Serb police forces. Having information that this prison would be attacked by north-Atlantic forces, Serbian authorities in those days had extradited many Albanian prisoners to this prison, to kill and to blame NATO forces. The Dubrava massacre is one of the greatest tragedies, whose authors have not yet been brought to justice”, Thaci wrote, follows Kosovas.
We remember that 19 years ago in Dubrava Prison one of the largest massacres in Kosovo against Albanians, by Slobodan Milosevic's regime. Within the prison, 160 Albanian prisoners were killed and more than 300 others injured. /
