And here's John Maglu:
Since the beginning of 2017, the media and social networks in Africa have focused on the president of Tanzania, John Magufuli, who expelled over ten thousand employees from public administration because of corruption.
He has taken the title doctor in chemistry and his professional life and started as a teacher in a high school, then he worked at a production company and recently got into political life.
Following his election as president of the country in 2015, President John Maguful removed some senior officials from their posts, among them the chairman of the anti-corruption war institution, the head of taxes in the country, the railway and the director of the ports. All of this under a campaign against corruption.
He issued a decree banning the celebration of the day of Tanzania's independence, for just as his country was headed for the abyss. All these costs lead to the education sector for fighting cholera and other deadly diseases.
The number of ministers of his government dropped significantly, from thirty eyes to nineteen. All ministry leaders were to declare their bank accounts and properties. Any minister who tried to hide property and account immediately left.
John Maguful forbade travel abroad to all officials, except with his own permission, since he believed that these, instead of travel, should focus on internal affairs and problems. Even officials who had access to the journey forbade them from using their first class on airplanes.
All government meetings and conferences held in expensive hotels and facilities were banned. In one case, only four officials traveled to a regional summit, up from 50 prepared.
During a sudden visit to a state hospital, he found that the sick were lying on the ground and that the equipment was all broken. He immediately ordered the invasion of the entire hospital administration, and the new administration gave him two weeks to regulate everything.
The budget for the new parliament's inauguration costs -- from a hundred thousand dollars -- reduced it to only twenty-three thousand dollars, while the other amount exceeded hospital equipment in the country.
Once he sent the prime minister for a sudden visit to the main port of Daruselam, which uncovered an entire network of corrupt officials.
The number of losses amounted to four hundred million dollars.
He ordered the arrest of the court chief in Tanzania with the four assistants.
John Magupuli ordered the collection of all 424 cars owned by the state administration, which he sold to open auctions and replaced them with cheaper cars.
