Opposition in Albania leaves Parliament, protest warns

Today's Parliament session is involved in intense debate by the opposition. Chairman The DP, Lulzim Basha, demanded from the Parliament's speaker the departure of the interior minister, as according to him he has protected the brother from the suffering of the sentence. Following Ruci's two suspensions and warnings of exclusion after blocking the speaker, Basha left the session along with other opposition MPs, while the session normally continued work on the agenda without opposition presence. At the end of the discussions, the agenda was approved with 74 majority votes.
