In the trial of the double murder of two young men Eron Agaj and Arian Gashi, the murder that occurred at the City Park in Pristina in 2016, the mother and brother of the late Eron Agaj, Sebahate Agaj, and Ermal Agaj have been heard in witness qualities.
Witness Sebahate Agaj has been invited to the witness's quality because during the last hearing the accused had given the defense, during his statement he had mentioned an occasion when the two late men had invited the accused to go home to Eron Agate, who had then taken his car.
During his defense, the accused had said that the mother of the late Eron Agaj, Sebahate Agaj, had appeared on the balcony and had been told to free the accused.
Don't take this kid for a shame”, the accused told Sebahate Agaj, Erron and Arianite. On behalf of Eron, the accused had claimed that he had responded to his mother that they know his affairs.
The Witness Sebahate Agaj, when asked by the presiding officer if she had ever known or seen the accused, replied that the accused had never known or seen him but that he had only heard about him from her son, Aaron.
I heard when Aaron told me. This guy never came home to me, and I don't even know him until he's dead.
She said that the night with her husband had returned from vacation and that once she entered the house, her son, Erron, who had been very stressed told him that he had borrowed some money from Lulzim Idriz but now he was not returning it.
When we're home from break to evening, I told him what did you do to my son? He told me I gave it to someone who wants money. I gave it to the guy. I told Eron who you gave that money to? He told me: a son of Albania. I told him you didn't have anyone else but he was given it to me? Who is he? She told me something about Luli. I've brought it back. I've told him the right thing. I'm in. I've never seen it, nor do I ever want to see its face, said the mother of the late Eron Agaj, Sebahate Agaj.
At the end of her testimony, witness Sebahate Agaj asked the Court to bring justice to the murder of two young men.
“Justice let it work. Just a five-minute decision on where I am and Arian's mother that these cases are happening every day with young people and the lawyer lady who came to protect the accused, let her put herself in our position that this too has children”, the witness said.
The brother of Eron Agate, Ermal Agaj, was also invited to testify again, who was asked by the court about the encounters he had with the accused.
I met with Lulzim Idriz twice. The first time in the neighborhood, there was a billiard there and the meeting was random. While the second time I met at the park, I was with Muhamar Raif”, he said.
The Witness said that he had never beaten up the accused as he has stated during his defense and that he does not know the person named Emiliano, whom the accused mentioned during the defense. According to the witness, the accused made up men and names.
I don't know Emilyano, I never saw him, he never was there. I never beat Lulzim Idriz, no slaps happened, nor did I, nor did Eron, give Lulzim to Idrizi”, the witness said.
He also added that, according to him, if he had beaten the accused then she could have testified because she said their meeting had taken place in the same place where the two young men were killed and that this could be documented by cameras.
It didn't happen because it's where Aaron and Arian were killed and there were cameras. I've never beaten him in the park or in the billiard. There's never been a beating between me and Lulzim and Arian. And the Gert of Emiliano for me are strangers, Lulzim and the lawyer have invented”, the witness said.
And the defender of accused Lulzim Idrizi, lawyer Aurora Mulhrama, confronted his earlier statement, but in this judicial review.
That witness asked him about the amount he had claimed the accused owed his brother.
“Lulzim Idrizi has owed 1,300 euros or 1,500 euros”, she asked the witness.
The witness said the defendant owed 1,300 euros.
Then she asked the witness why he in his testimony had said that the accused had had had to return the amount of 1,500 euros to his brother.
And the witness said that the reason had been because his brother Aaron and the accused had thus agreed. “Arsey has been that when they made the Lulzim agreement with Eron, Lulzim had to repay 1,500 euros, even though the debt was 1,300 euros”, the witness said.
The next session is scheduled on June 4th with which the final word will be given. /Cashho. com
